At times, tourists may require assistance when they misplace their wallet and passport. In partnership with the USA embassy, we've created two spaces: a community room and a children's playground, catering to visitors stranded for a short period. Weekends are especially difficult as the Embassy is closed and even Western Union won’t work with no passport. Helpless feeling for sure.
